Because childbirth classes, hospital tours, breastfeeding classes etc. prepare you to take care of your baby, they DO NOT prepare you to take care of your mental health so you can have an emotionally healthy pregnancy/postpartum period. In this course, we prepare you to know the signs of emotional health decline (signs of postpartum depression/anxiety) and also know what to do for recovery.
